Returns & Refunds Policy

Overview

At Bare: Skin Wellness, we take great care in crafting high-quality, natural skincare products. Due to the handmade nature of our products and for hygiene and safety reasons, we have specific return conditions outlined below.

14-Day Cooling-Off Period (EU Customers)

If you are based in the EU, you have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving a reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us within the 14-day period by emailing: bareskinwellness@gmail.com

Once approved, items must be returned to us within 14 days of cancellation approval.

Important Hygiene Notice (Cosmetics & Skincare)

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on opened or used skincare products, including balms, oils, and creams.

This is in line with EU consumer law, which allows exemptions for:

  • Sealed goods that have been opened and are no longer suitable for return due to hygiene reasons

We can only accept returns if:

  • The item is unused, unopened, and in original packaging

  • The seal (if applicable) remains intact

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for:

  • Opened or used skincare products

  • Sale or discounted items (unless faulty)

  • Gift cards

  • Custom or personalised products

Faulty or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will offer:

  • A replacement, or

  • A full refund, including shipping (if applicable)

Return Shipping

Unless the item is faulty, customers are responsible for return postage costs.

We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days
